Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are a small business with a small team and appreciate your patience. 


Checking out with PayPal

PayPal users who use their checking/saving accounts to remit payment, please be aware that it takes up to 7 days for your funds to clear before we can process your order.



 

How much will my order cost to ship?

Domestic Shipping (within the United States)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your order, your delivery address, and the delivery service you choose.  

 

International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ahhlooo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 


 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ahhlooo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Ahhlooo is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed delivered by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL.

 

 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds. We inspect our products carefully for defects before shipment. We do not have a warranty on our products however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online. Please contact info@ahhlooo.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items. 

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
